They offer 4 business networking events every month, one is virtual, and the others are in person in Newmarket, Vaughan and Downtown Toronto. They also offer Exclusive Referral Networking Groups, where there is only 1 business owner member per profession, and the groups meet weekly over zoom and give each other ongoing referrals, reviews, social media engagement, and other support.
At many of their events, you can be an exhibitor (i.e. vendor table) or a Guest Speaker, including at their annual BizX Business Expo & Conference which happens every October.
GTApreneurs was founded by Tammy Defoe, President in 2019, who is a Business Consultant, Business Coach, Sales Trainer and Public Speaking Trainer. Since starting GTApreneurs, Tammy has hosted around 200 business networking events, she leads 2 Exclusive Referral Networking Groups, she has created all of the copy and marketing for GTApreneurs, and she provides 1-1 business consulting and business coaching services.
